Teens experience many changes in emotions, identity, friendships, school, and family life. Sometimes these transitions can feel overwhelming or confusing, leading to struggles with mood, behaviour, or self-esteem. Counselling provides a supportive and understanding space where young people can express themselves freely — through conversation, play, art, or creative activities — and begin to make sense of their thoughts and feelings.
