Grief & Loss

At Regain Wellness & Psychotherapy, I provide individual counselling to help people facing anxiety, trauma, parenting/co-parenting challenges, grief, low self-worth, stress, and emotional overwhelm feel safe, connected, and in control of their lives.
I use approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Play, Art and Attachment-Based techniques to support long-term change.  Together, we’ll set meaningful goals and develop practical tools to help you move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and emotional strength.
