Empowering Personal Growth
Evidence-Based & Integrative
My practice uses evidence-based therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I also incorporate Play and Creative Interventions. Each approach is grounded in current psychological research. I tailor every session to your unique needs to support lasting emotional growth and personal change.
Tailored to You
Each therapy session is personalized to support your emotional, cognitive, and relational goals. I use a creative and flexible counselling approach designed to fit your unique needs. Together, we explore challenges from multiple perspectives to promote healing and personal growth. Sessions may include talk therapy, creative expression, somatic awareness, or reflective storytelling, helping you build deeper self-understanding and resilience.
Safe & Supportive Space
I’m committed to providing a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space where you can express yourself openly. This supportive therapy environment builds trust and emotional safety—key elements for healing and self-discovery. Through our work together, you’ll gain meaningful insight, develop emotional resilience, and reconnect with your authentic self. My goal is to help you move forward with clarity, confidence, and lasting personal growth.
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
My name is Stephanie, and I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). Over the past five years, I’ve dedicated myself to growing both personally and professionally through education and hands-on learning in the helping field.
My own lived experiences have shown me that even in moments of self-doubt, overwhelm, or disconnection, there is always a glimmer of possibility—and sometimes, we just need a little help finding it.
At age 40, I returned to school to complete my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Queen’s University, followed by a Master’s in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. Today, as a registered psychotherapist, I am privileged to walk alongside individuals on their journeys toward self-understanding, healing, and growth.
In my practice, I offer individual counselling with a focus on compassion, clarity, and care. I believe that a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful change. While you are the expert of your own life, I provide the tools, insights, and evidence-based strategies to help you navigate emotions, manage behaviours, and create a more fulfilling life.
Vision & Mission
To create a compassionate and empowering therapeutic space where individuals of all ages rediscover their inner strength, reconnect with their values, and cultivate resilience—leading to meaningful healing, personal growth, and a life aligned with purpose.
